Feminist Food Journal is an online magazine dedicated to a feminist food future.

Title: Founding Editor

Timeline: August 2021-ongoing

Role: As founding editors of Feminist Food Journal (FFJ), Zoë Johnson and I are doing it all: defining culture, strategy, and values for our two-person team; developing the magazine concept and building out content, web design, and brand; creating business plans, fundraising, and managing our finances; managing communications, PR, and social media; and of course, generating story ideas, commissioning and editing articles, and producing written and audio content ourselves.

What I'm most proud of: Having the tenacity and drive to bring what started as a small kernel of an idea to life.
