SEEK Development is a strategic and organizational consulting group dedicated to global human development and social impact.

Title: Consultant

Timeline: March 2017-October 2020

Role: As a consultant at SEEK Development, a boutique consulting group focused on global development in Berlin, I was responsible for leading select analytical work streams in strategy design projects with clients that included major philanthropies and UN agencies. I was also responsible for translating my findings into engaging reports and presentations given at a director level. For the Donor Tracker, a website created by SEEK Development as a global public good to share transparent and useable data on development finance, I led Donor Tracker's work on publishing and communications. This included the research and publication of ‘Insights’ reports, data-driven analyses on critical topics in global development, and I presented many of these findings in webinars that reaching up to 500 participants.

What I'm most proud of: Within SEEK itself, I served as the focal point for gender equity in global development policy and financing, and had the chance to collaborate with fantastic organizations such as the ONE Campaign on webinars focused on gender equity topics.
